Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchasing date to return your order to us for store credit or exchange. 

Terms and conditions 

All returns must be sent back to our head office with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. 

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Items received must be unused, not in damaged or worn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused. Earrings cannot be returned or exchange for hygiene reasons. 

Shipping is non-refundable.

Loopsway is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after we have received your item.
